I first took this personality test on a leadership retreat for Endicott students where I learned more about myself in one weekend than I ever could have imagined. The personality test was one of many things I took away from that trip in understanding myself and others. Accepting who I am and what my strengths and weaknesses are has made my ability to work within a group more efficient. Whether it is in a social environment or in group work I now have a better understanding on when to step up and when it is necessary to play a lesser role. The reason I mention all of this on my about page is because this is what I am all about, promoting leadership for the success of others. After this trip I became a facilitator with eight other students to plan and run it for future students to come. The people I work with and those who go on the trip have changed my entire outlook on life for the better.
